Refund Policy

Commercify360 is committed to providing you with the best possible service and value. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which we will provide refunds for our services.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, request a full refund. No questions, no friction.

1. General Refund Policy

All subscriptions: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After the 14-day period, your subscription will automatically renew and be non-refundable.

Pay-per-use services: Refunds for pay-per-use services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at mp@commercify360.com to discuss your situation.

2. Reasons for Refund

We will issue a refund if:

  • You cancel your subscription within the 14-day money-back guarantee period.
  • You experience a technical issue with the Services that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We make a material change to the Services that negatively impacts your use and you wish to cancel your subscription.
  • You are charged for a service that you did not order.

3. Requests for Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at mp@commercify360.com within 30 days of the date you wish to be refunded. Please provide the following information in your request:

  • Your name and email address
  • The reason for your request
  • The date of your purchase
  • The order number (if applicable)

4. Processing of Refunds

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in our sole discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the Services
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions
