Welcome to Commercify360! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Commercify360 website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COMMERCIFY360 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMERCIFY360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commercify360 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Commercify360 regarding your use of the Services.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Services. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
